Position Overview:

Dependable Nursing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home services for a young pediatric patient in Ramona. This role is a great fit for an contractor who enjoys flexibility and wants to make a meaningful impact in early childhood development.

Responsibilities:

· Provide speech and language therapy focused on communication, feeding, and developmental support

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans
• Partner with family members to support carryover at home
• Document progress and coordinate care with the broader care team
• Visits: 2 per week per case (flexible schedule)

· Employment Type: Contractor

· Mileage reimbursement: No

Requirements:

· Active CA SLP License 

• Experience with pediatric patients strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient’s home 
• Insurance: Must carry your own insurance
