We’re currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in the home and school environment. If you’re looking for meaningful work with flexible hours and a supportive team, we’d love to connect with you.

Available Shifts

• Morning and afternoon shifts available throughout San Diego County
• Choose your schedule – we offer both full-time and part-time options to fit your lifestyle 

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Perform treatments, services, and diagnostic procedures as directed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, symptoms, or reactions
• Deliver preventative and rehabilitative care in accordance with the plan of care
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with family and care team
• Continue professional development through in-services and job-based learning

Requirements

• Active California LVN license — New grads welcome!
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Reliable transportation
• Auto Insurance
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate
